Will they know who sent it?

All packages are sent anonymously—there’s no billing info, receipts, or sender details included. Unless you choose to add your name in the personalised note, your identity remains a mystery to the recipient.

Can i schedule my delivery?

We don’t currently offer scheduled delivery, but we want your gift to arrive as close to your special date as possible. Please refer to our delivery estimates above and place your order accordingly to time it just right.

How quickly will it arrive?
